Bug fixes with v1.8.3.

1. Fixed: Grammar engine adverb parse bug in verb error parsing. (gram3)
2. New: Initial startup launch speedup.
3. New Australian Dictionary update
4. Fixed: Rare Dictionary Lookup crash on 'farther' and 'further'.
5. Fixed MS Word bug with backspacing on interactive replacement.
6. Fixed: Major speedup on launch
7. Added: New RTF Specification v1.9.
8. Fixed: Rare obscure bug that dealt with Apple unicode keyboard layouts. The bug occurred with certain keys such as backspace characters and command characters (for example: paste command keys).
9. Added: Display the Copy cursor when drag&drop add spelling dictionaries to the Writing Rules spelling dictionary pane.
10. Fixed: Mixed case replacements. Spelling check replacements wouldn't always contain the mixed case suggestion/replacement particularly if the word was lowercase such as "iPhone".
11. Fixed: With v1.8.3 b4, fixed PPC only bug with keyboard layouts in which interactive replacements would fail.
